OUR CHAPTER, SERVES AS A FOCAL POINT FOR SPECIAL PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT CONTENT TO REST ON LAURELS EARNED MANY YEARS AGO, BUT WHO SHARE A UNIQUE HISTORY with INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE BLESSED WITH A "CAN-DO ATTITUDE". THEREFORE, WHILE ENJOYING THE COMPANY OF SIMILAR SOULS, WE ENDEAVOR TO IMPROVE THE LIVES OF THE SOLDIERS AND CITIZENS IN CENTRAL TEXAS, BY SUPPORTING MANY LOCAL CHARITIES. WE ALSO PARTICIPATE IN ALL PATRIOTIC ACTIVITES IN THE SURROUNDING AREA BY WEARING THE CHAPTER UNIFORM AS A PROUD TESTIMONY THAT WE STILL SERVE. The original insignia of the "Decade Association" a fraternity of Green Beret Soldiers who had served at least 10 years with Special Forces. It was later adapted as the official Insignia of the Special Forces Association.
